We do not accept returns for:

  • Items marked as clearance, final sale, or non-returnable.
  • Consumables (e.g., glue, tapes, oils) once opened.

🔁 Refund Method

  • Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method or offered as store credit, depending on the situation.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

📦 How to Return

  4. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 7–14 working days.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for all returns.

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • NAHA RENOVATION WORKS SDN. BHD. reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our return conditions.
  • For items damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
