Exchange Policy

At NAHA RENOVATION WORKS SDN. BHD., we take pride in the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange under the following conditions:

📦 Exchange Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) is required.

🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or modified.
  • clearance items, or special request products.
  • Consumable products (e.g., adhesives, tapes, lubricants) once opened.

🔄 Exchange Process

  1. Contact us at naha.renovation@outlook.com or call 011-5790 9757 within the exchange period.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for exchange.
  3. We will assess and approve eligible requests.
  4. You may be required to ship the product back to us at your own cost.
  5. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will send a replacement item or allow in-store exchange.

📍 Exchange Location

Exchanges must be arranged through our customer support first. We do not accept walk-ins without prior notice.
